Delicious Dining Experience

During our stay, we had the pleasure of enjoying a variety of dining options at Emporio Cancun. Each meal was a delight, especially the breakfast buffet, which featured everything you could imagine, from traditional Mexican dishes to American breakfast favorites. I was particularly impressed by the cochinita pibil. The staff in the restaurant, especially Daisy, provided really good service and always had a warm smile. Their attentiveness made each meal enjoyable. We also had the chance to dine at the fusion Argentinian/Uruguay restaurant, Fasano, and the quality of food there was excellent!

Lovely Room View

We stayed in a gorgeous suite with a stunning ocean view from the 11th floor. Waking up every morning to the sight of the sunrise illuminating the sea was simply amazing. The room was well-maintained, spacious, and offered all essential amenities. We loved the thoughtful vanity area with soft lights for getting ready. The design of the room enhanced our overall experience, making our stay truly nice.

Relaxing Infinity Pool

The infinity pool at Emporio Cancun was one of my favorite spots. It provided a perfect escape to unwind while overlooking the beach. The hot tubs were also a nice touch, especially the one adjacent to the pool bar. I enjoyed sipping on cocktails while soaking up the sun. There were plenty of lounge chairs available, making it easy to relax and enjoy the beautiful Cancun weather.

Family-Friendly Activities

As a family, we appreciated the children's amenities at the resort. There was a small play area at one of the pools, which our kids loved. It allowed them to have fun and enjoy the water in a safe environment. The staff made it easier for us parents to relax while keeping an eye on them, as we were all able to enjoy our vacation together without any worries.

I had an amazing stay at Emporio Cancun, where the service truly stood out, making it a perfect choice for families. The hotel offers a range of pools and great dining options, though I noticed some areas for improvement in room cleanliness during my stay. Overall, it's a fantastic spot for a family vacation, but some amenities could use a little more attention.
